Hydrogen peroxide is used a lot in industry, including sanitation in the food production industry. In this video we showed how we can use the SenseItAll (SIA) technology stack from Zimmer and Peacock to go from an idea to real data in a milk sample in less than 15 minutes.
We recognise that this is just a first proof of principle study but it demonstrates the intrinsic power of ZP’s technology stack.
