In a recent webinar ZP discussed an immunosensor built upon a gold screen printed gold electrode analysed by square wave voltammetry. Though the questionaire used the term uniformity, ZP would suggest the problem is one of reproducibility and repeatability. The problem starts with their screen printed electrodes, is exaserbated by the functionalisation step and there may be an element of ‘noise’ in their experimental data from the final measurement step.
