ZP is a leading independent ISO13485 developer and manufacturer of printed biosensors, with our printed biosensors finding direct applications in Smart Packaging. The biosensor technology developed by ZP is inherently compatible with Smart Packaging applications, thanks to our methods and materials of manufacturing that align seamlessly with the printing, packaging, and labeling industries.

Recently, ZP conducted tests on our biosensors to measure the pH of various liquids, including fruit juices and Coca-Cola. We adjusted the pH of the liquids across a range of acidities and alkaline levels, continuously monitoring the signals. The results of the test demonstrated our ability to measure pH in real-time and continuously in these liquids.

Furthermore, during the test, we employed our SenseitAll (SIA) technology stack, enabling the transfer of all data to the Cloud through our SIA app. The data presented on this page utilized the complete OEM technology stack from ZP, comprising the ZP pH sensor, ZP electronics, ZP SIA smartphone app, and ZP’s proprietary Cloud Data Management Platform ‘Djuli’.

ZP has developed all the printed sensors linked in the adjacent button, providing us with a unique expertise in the design, manufacture, applications, electronics, and processing of electrochemical data.

ZP has an immediate connection between the sensor and the Cloud through our deployed app, SenseitAll. Please note that ZP can effortlessly customize the app through the use of QR codes.

The SIA App can be downloaded from the PlayStore by scanning the QR code, please note that the app is compatible with the OEm technology stack from ZP.

ZP has an OEM solution that we describe as “sensor to API” (Application Programming Interface). This means that ZP provides sensors, electronics, an app, and a Cloud for receiving and processing electrochemical sensor data. As part of ZP’s OEM philosophy, we have collaboration built in through Djuli’s API, which allows data to be pulled across to our clients’ Clouds.
