  • SARS-CoV-2 – Detecting viral pathogens in saliva.
  • Nitrate – Detecting and quantifying the concentration of nitrate in applications, including water quality.
  • TAS – Total Antioxidative Status, is a property of a sample and is a measure of the antioxidative capacity of the sample, as a predictor of shelf-life, the capacity to resist stress, and the capacity to resist infection.
  • Capsaicin – The measurement of capsaicin is a test in Food Quality and Agriculture and is applied to testing the Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) of chillies and chillie products.
  • Gingerol – The measurement of gingerol can determine the pungency of ginger products. 
  • Purine – The measurement of purines in capillary blood during and immediately after a strike can help triage stroke patients from stroke mimics, and therefore help guide the clinician to treat appropriately.
